We start with a good conversation. What is your question or challenge and what do you ultimately want to achieve? Once the diagnosis is clear, I will start working on guidelines to effectively address the challenges, or the strategy.

Developing a strategy is based on a number of things. Perhaps there are already things that have been worked out within your organization that I can work on, or perhaps not and I start from scratch. In the latter case, my work consists of creating the brand identity and brand experience and ensuring that they are in balance with each other. In this way, we ensure that everything your company has to offer is experienced in the right way by the target group. In addition, I map out the market and detect what makes your company unique in the market, in order to establish a strong positioning.
